An old florist shop in St Ives is among the properties going under the hammer in the latest round of Clive Emson auctions
The former flower shop could bloom in value when it goes under the hammer with a freehold guide price of £180,000.
The end-terrace shop at 2 Bedford Road is arranged over three floors and includes a store and office.
It is among the lots in the fourth auction of 2021 by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson.
Senior Auction Appraiser Katie Semmens said: "This is a great chance to acquire a good-sized property in one of Cornwall’s most desirable coastal towns.
"It is well located just off one of the main thoroughfares and was most recently used as a flower shop.
"There is clear scope for some form of continued retail use although others may see the potential for residential conversion subject to the necessary consents."

In Constantine, near Falmouth, a parcel of land with outline planning consent for a single dwelling has a freehold guide of £125,000 plus.
