Police have asked people to call 999 and not approach a man wanted in connection with an investigation into alleged stalking.
Devon and Cornwall Police is now asking for the public’s help to trace a 37-year-old man from the Camborne area.
He has been named as Christopher Nicholas, who has links to a number of towns in Cornwall.
A force spokesperson said: "Christopher Nicholas is sought in connection to an investigation of stalking.
"Extensive enquiries have been made by police to locate him and officers are now appealing to the public for information on his whereabouts and to report any sightings."
Nicholas is described as being a white man, with short brown hair and of slim build, with several tattoos on both arms.
He has links to Camborne, Falmouth, Penryn, Truro, and Penzance.
The police spokesperson added: "Anyone who sees Nicholas, or who knows of his whereabouts, is asked to not approach him and to call police on 999 immediately quoting reference CR/042767/21."
