An application for planning permission has been submitted to Cornwall Council for a new housing development in Helston.

The application is for 22 new homes to be built on Clodgey Lane on land to the north of Tesco.

The proposal comes from Mr Day of Headington, Oxford and is begin dealt with by Mr Christopher James Menear of Cornwall Planning Group.

Coming in at just under 8,000 square metres, the site is currently a vacant field, not being used for any particular purpose.
