New paintings of Cornwall will be featuring at The John Dyer Gallery in Falmouth.

A host of new paintings from various areas around Cornwall including St Ives, Mawgan Porth, Bude, Polzeath, St Mawes, Kynance Cove, Godrevy, Falmouth and St Michael's Mount.

The eleven new paintings are from artists John Dyer and Joanne Short and look to explore the colours and heat of summer 2021.

John Dyer's work hangs in the UK's national art collections with Falmouth Art Gallery, The Eden Project, Save the Children, the National Trust and the NHS.

According to the gallery's website, they also work with the artist on his global projects and exhibitions which have included work with the Tall Ships Sail Training International, Survival International, the Eden Project, the Born Free Foundation and NGOs in Costa Rica, the Philippines and Peru.

Joanne Short is an elected member of the acclaimed Newlyn Society of Artists and one of Cornwall's best known and widely collected contemporary artists.
