A Cornwall telecommunications museum has announced its summer activities schedule for next month.
The PK Porthcurno Museum of Global Communications has revealed its summer schedule of activities happening throughout August this year.
The PK Pop Up Summer of Fun is promising to get visitors jumping, painting, creating sound, and learn about global communications.
The activities schedule is as follows:
Tuesdays, 13:00 – 15:00
LED Cable Games – Visitors are challenged to test their Morse code skills and race their friends on an LED cable game.
Wednesdays, 13:00 – 15:00
Cable Sounds in the PK gardens – An interactive cable sculpture and experiment with different sounds.

Lino printing inspired by Planet PK images – visitord can create a piece of artwork to take home and learn about the wildlife in the valley.

The museum also features the World War II bunker that hid the Porthcurno Telegraph Station, where Allied communications were protected by armed guards and bomb-proof doors
Porthcurno, a coastal valley in West Cornwall, was once the heart of international telecommunications, boasting the largest telegraph station in the world
Admission prices are £9 for an adult, £5.50 for children under 18 - under fives are free, £8 for students and £26 for a family ticket - 2 adults and up to three under 18s.
