Brian Smith operating the Out Reach Mobile Post Office from his base at Rame Post Office, with kind permission of Rame Post Mistress Barbara Cradock, said that he was very happy with the amount of people using this new service on the first week, and that he looks forward to hopefully serving the residents of Budock for the forseeable future.

Cornwall Councillor David Saunby who was also present during the morning said that he was very happy to bring the post office back to Budock as one of his election pledges, but it's now up to the people over the next three Thursdays during the four week trial period, to secure the long time future of the Out Reach Mobile Post Office to visit Budock Water on a once a week basis.
