A Penzance-based artist will be holding a private preview of his new exhibition at the start of September
Local artist Jim Whitlock is inviting local people to a private preview of his new ‘Summit’ exhibition at Churchill Retirement Living’s Mount’s Bay Lodge development in Penzance, where he lives, on Wednesday September 1.
The event will take place from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, giving people the chance to see Jim’s new collection of paintings – inspired by his trip to Nepal at the beginning of 2020 – before they head off to the exhibition gallery.
Refreshments will be served in the development’s spacious Owners’ Lounge and there is sure to be a warm welcome and a sociable atmosphere.
Jim is a former Reverend and is well known in the local area.

"It’s also the perfect opportunity for those interested in a potential move to come and meet our apartment Owners and see all that Mount’s Bay Lodge has to offer.
"Interesting and sociable events like this are what the retirement living lifestyle is all about!"
Mount’s Bay Lodge is a development of 50 one and two bedroom apartments for the over 60s, where a thriving community has taken shape and only a limited number of apartments remain available to buy.
