Falmouth’s fourth StreetDraw24 will this year include a kick-off event for all abilities at the Royal Cornwall Yacht Club at Greenbank at 1pm on Friday October 8.
StreetDraw24 2021 encourages local people to go outside anywhere in the town, at any time during a 24-hour period to draw what they see.
Anyone can take part, with all skill levels welcome - from working artists and students to hobby sketchers, children and beginners.
All images will be exhibited at The Poly, Falmouth's main arts venue and sold to raise money to help people facing homelessness in Cornwall.
A fund-raising calendar will go on sale during the exhibition using images from last year's StreetDraw24 which raised £4,500 for St Petrocs, the event’s charity partner.
StreetDraw24 was started in 2018 by Falmouth University arts' graduate Helen Trevaskis.
Helen said: "Falmouth is full of artists and creatives so it makes sense to harness all that creative energy for good.

"We hope through drawing people will reflect that while this town is a place many of us love it is not immune to the problems that cause homelessness."
The event is staged outside over 24-hours in all weathers to encourage people to think about being outdoors with nowhere to go.
StreetDraw24 will start at noon on Friday October 8 with a draw at the Royal Cornwall Yacht Club from 1pm until 4pm.
There'll be support and image-making exercises (with materials) for beginners.
The Clubhouse is open to non-members for refreshments and lunch.
Later that day, there’ll be a sunset gathering on the Beacon, and then at dawn on Saturday 9, participants will meet at Pendennis Point to sketch at sunrise.
