The winner of The Packet's Cafe of the Year award has spoken out about how much it means to her and the team to win.
Suzi Annear, who owns cafe Bon Appetit in Truro, has told The Packet she and the team are 'over the moon' to win the award after a difficult two years.
The cafe owner, who puts the win down to her staff and the sense of community at the cafe, recognised the stiff competition they were up against and expressed the pride everyone at the cafe had for coming out on top.
Suzi said: "We were absolutely over the moon because after all we're out in the back lanes and for people to vote for us was just something totally amazing really.
"We're all chuffed.
"It's a gorgeous little place down here, it's quite unique in it's own little way.

"It's been a long road, especially over the last two years for us, and for everybody, so to actually come out on top, it's a great achievement.
Speaking about the people that voted for Bon Appetit in the competition, Suzi had nothing but praise, saying: "Our customers are totally amazing, seriously.
"They're absolutely amazing.
"They're not just our customers now, they're like our friends.
"Where we are, people have to drive or they come on their bikes to see us, and you get people who comes and see us everyday.
"They like to come in here and have a cup of tea, a bit of cake and a chat.
"So it's adding that personal touch to what we do.
"The people that started coming in when I opened the cafe, they've been coming from day one until now and people have made friends within the cafe.
