This week's Step Back in Time collection features photos from a wet and rainy Mabe Carnival, an even wetter raft race and a muddy county rugby training session.
We catch a glimpse of the rain maker, who after the famous drought of 1976 seemed to bring no stop rain for the following months.
As well as some well presented fancy dress prize winners.
The raft racers surely made a splash as some even fell in the water in their event, the day raised £50 in total with the best raft "Nessie" - went to the Clarenden Arms.
The photos have kindly been provided by the Poly in Falmouth.
