The freehold of a block of flats in Camborne town centre has a guide price of £280,000 to £300,000.

It is among the lots in the seventh auction of 2021 by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson.

The three-storey building at 18 Fore Street has a freehold guide price of £150,000.

Located in a pedestrianised street, the ground floor was most recently occupied by Clintons Cards.
