Cornwall Senior Cup action returns this week as the competition begins its Second Round.

All the local sides are in the competition with two teams at home and two playing away.

Wendron United are hosting St Austell at Underlane, the Dron are on a five match unbeaten run in all competitions and last time they faced St Austell they triumphed to a 5-2 victory.

Helston Athletic of the Toolstation Western League face Liskeard Athletic at Kellaway Park. Helston's Sam Carter and Tyler Elliot will both be facing up against their old team. Helston won their last game 3-2 against Ashton & Backwell United in the league thanks to a spectacular strike from Stu Bowker.

Falmouth Town will be on the road to Bodmin for their tie. Town won the competition in the 2018-19 season. When the sides went head-to-head earlier in the season Falmouth came out on top in a 4-3 thriller thanks to a late strike from Andreas Calleja-Stayne.

Penryn Athletic are playing away to Dobwalls in their tie. Athletic are unbeaten in their last three games, most recently a 2-2 draw with Callington Town. The last time the sides met was back in August this season and Dobwalls, visiting Penryn that day, came away with a 1-2 win.

In the Cornwall Women's Football League (CWFL) division one Penryn Ladies host Helston Athletic Development Women's Team. While FXSU ladies face an away tie to Dropship in the CWFL cup. Wendron Ladies also have a cup fixture at home to RNAS Culdrose.

In the South West Regional Women's League Helston Athletic Women's First team will look to retain their lead at the top of the table when they face second-bottom placed Feniton Women's 1st team. Helston have a one point lead at the top of the table with 11 points from their six games so far this season.
