A MAN in his 30s has been arrested today following an investigation into an alleged malicious communication.
Officers in forensic gear were reported entering a property in Edward Street just down from Truro Crown Court with members of Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service outside. A police car and van were parked outside the house.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "Police have been carrying out enquiries at an address in Edward Street, Truro today relating into a malicious communications investigation.
"A man in his 30s from Suffolk remains in police custody at this time in relation to this matter."
