PLACES are still up for grabs for a festive workshop taking place this month.

The CAST ‘Think and Make’ workshops will be taking place on Saturday, December 18, and the event will allow kids to get arty and try their hand at making an angel, an elf, or even Santa himself.

In an update on its social media page, a spokesperson for CAST said: "We're delighted to be offering workshops inside the building again, but to allow everyone plenty of space we will be restricting the numbers in the room at any one time.

"Lucy Grant will lead this fun festive workshop for families with children.

"Learn how to make an angel who can flap her wings, an elf or a Santa that jumps for joy.

"If you want to make sure there is space for your family at your chosen time please book a place for each member of the family who would like to take part –parents, grandparents or guardians too!

"You'll have up to an hour from the start time you choose to enjoy making your jumping jacks."

CAST has also said all materials will be provided and every child will be able to make a jumping jack to take home.

Places are still available for the 10am and 10.30am sessions as well as from 11.30am onwards.

Organisers have said all children must be accompanied by an adult.
