Police are appealing for information following the sexual assault of a 21-year-old woman in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police say the assault happened between 1am and 1.25am on Sunday December 5 on Church Street opposite Club International.
The woman was approached by an unknown man and subjected to a sexual assault in the car park at the rear of Ship to Shore Tattoo.
The victim is being supported by family and a specially trained police officer
Officers are appealing for witnesses or anybody with CCTV in this area to come forward. Enquiries are on-going.
