Prize-winners in Penryn have been presented with their winnings after being named the winners of a Christmas competition.
The winners of the annual Penryn Christmas Window Competition have received their winnings after finding out they'd won during after Penryn Town Council announced the winners on Tuesday, December 7.
The winner of the Town award was Sweeney Todd the Barber, while Macsalvors at The Boathouse were the commercial winner and 111 The Terrace scooped the residential prize.
Certificates, champagne and chocolates were presented by Penryn Town councillors Tracey Doyle and Karen Milan.
A spokesperson for Penryn Town Council said: "Well done to everyone who took part in the Penryn Christmas window competition commercial and residential.
"Thank you to everyone who took part the town is looking fabulous.
"Special thanks to Mark Snowdon Chairman of the Penryn Lighting Committee and volunteers for the great Christmas light display and trees again this year."
For this year's competition, organisers had chosen a "White Christmas" theme and reported that over 20 businesses and residential properties got involved.
