More than 100 power cuts have been recording across Cornwall as Storm Eunice hits the UK.

Western Power has reported outages across the county with hundreds of homes left without power.

It comes after Cornwall Council declared a major incident amid the Met Office's red weather warning for wind.

The warnings cover the whole of the North Cornwall coast between 7am and noon.

Meanwhile the whole of the peninsula is under an amber weather warning for strong winds and disruption from 5am to 9pm.
