Mylor Horticultural and Craft Show has announced it will be back again in July 2022.

The original aim of building community will be at the heart of the event, with children and adults getting involved in traditional village activities in a spirit of friendly competition or just taking part for the fun of it.

The show last took place in July of 2019 for the first time in 60 years but then was of course derailed by Covid.

​The nest show will take place on Saturday, July 16, 10am to 4:30pm at the Ord Statter Pavilion, Mylor Bridge.

It is a free event, with classes for children, teenagers and adults. In addition to the display of entries, marquees, bunting, bouncy castle, displays and refreshments; there will be events which will include, craft workshops where you can watch or have a go yourself, demonstrations of flower arranging, wood turning, screen printing, bee keeping, cookery and much more.

"Don’t be shy, the event will only be successful if lots of people have a go," said the group. "So start planting, dust off your needles or get snapping with that camera."
