A famous house which features as ITV's Doc Martin's home and GP surgery is on the market for £1.25million.
The stone property 'Fern Cottage' overlooks Port Isaac harbour in Cornwall and has featured in the show for 18 years.
It has been used as a holiday let when not needed for filming the Martin Clunes series, and is now on sale.
