Kieran Vincent was remanded in custody after denying two charges of touching underage girls in Penzance
A 24-year-old Penzance man has appeared at Truro Magistrates' Court charged with assaulting two children by touching.
Kieran Vincent, of Prospect Place, appeared in custody before Truro Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, June 1.
Vincent has been charged with two counts of assaulting a girl under the age of 13 by touching.
The charges relate to separate incidents alleged to have happened in Causewayhead, Penzance on May 28 and at Eastern Green Beach, Penzance on May 30.
Vincent, representing himself, pleaded not guilty to both charges.
Magistrates refused bail and remanded Vincent in custody to appear at Truro Crown Court on July 5 as they felt it was not within their remit to hear the case.
