A post read: "Helston Athletic are pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Cusack as our new first team manager. Steve Massey will continue in his role as The Clubs Director of Football.

Other changes at the club see Coach Leigh Robinson depart the club who has a new venture overseas.
Massey last season guided Helston to a ninth placed finished in the Western League, the Blues had been second in the league at December with just one defeat in their opening 18 games, but a poor run of results over the winter period, combined with the departure of two key attackers saw Athletic never return to the early season heights.
