An estate agents in Cornwall says it is "thrilled" to have sold a £1million property in under two weeks.
The four-bedroom farmhouse at Stithians sits on its own grounds of approximately seven acres and even comes with its own flooded disused quarry, now used as a wildlife lake.
Clive Pearce Property in Truro says the house also has its own one-bedroom annex, two large barns for parking or storage barns and a large, detached music studio.
Miranda Pearce, selling agent, said: "The outstanding double-fronted property is being purchased by a couple with children, all of whom are ecstatic to have found their dream home."

Outside there is a farmyard for parking, front garden, formal rear garden, and land divided into three large fields.
The attached annex comes with a large detached music studio, which has a pre-application for conversion into a dwelling, which is currently awaiting a decision.
Ms Pearce added: "This property is just amazing, it’s got everything anyone would want from a forever home.
"We’re so pleased to have sold it to such a lovely family and I’m sure they’ll be very happy there."
