UPDATE: The road has now reopened.

Police are warning drivers using the A30 in Cornwall today to take care and reduce their speed in the Camborne area.

Devon and Cornwall Police have closed off one lane of the dual carriageway heading westbound, just after the Tolvaddon on the slip road.

This is due to a collision involving one vehicle on lane one of the road.

The ambulance service and Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service are also at the scene.

The Devon and Cornwall Roads Policing Team warned just before 4pm: "We are currently dealing with a single vehicle road traffic collision on the A30 westbound, lane one, just after the Tolvaddon, on slip.

"Please drive slowly and patiently whilst we attempt to resolve the incident. Thank you."

Traffic monitoring system INRIX is reporting: "One lane closed and slow traffic due to accident on A30 Westbound at A3047 (Tolvaddon). One lane has reopened past the scene."
