After disappearing for a week The Packet Camera Club is back!

On our return this week we've collected a fantastic selection of our member's images and photographs for your perusal, showcasing some of the very best the Duchy has to offer.

This week's selection includes the whole spectrum of stunning snaps, from the galaxy's edge at Kynance Cove to a herd of sheep vying for a place on a bridge that's just not quite big enough for all of them.

Honourable mentions this week go to Steve Lampshire for his image of a female emperor dragonfly laying her eggs in water, a superbly timed capture giving an insight into the lifecycle of the wildlife that populates the county.

Also getting an honourable mention this week is John Shallcroft for his out-of-this-world image of the edge of our galactic home, the Milky Way, over Kynance Cove.

If you want to feel extra small, the Earth takes roughly 230 million years to complete one full orbit of our home galaxy and it's estimated that the Milky Way is just one of 200 billion galaxies in the universe. The mind boggles...
