Tickets are on sale now for three performances featuring stars from the show, which recently returned for another series on BBC One.

In February, Hall for Cornwall is hosting Strictly Ballroom: The Musical, directed and choreographed by Strictly judge Craig Revel-Horwood.

The musical, based on Baz Luhrmann’s award-winning film, also stars Strictly Come Dancing's Kevin Clifton, along with Eastenders' Maisie Smith.

Next up is a show by Strictly Come Dancing 2021 champion and dance heart-throb Giovanni Pernice, who competed with partner BBC Radio 2 presenter Richie Anderson in the current series of Strictly.

Giovanni invites you to join him on a journey to his homeland for his brand new 2023 production of Made in Italy, which arrives at Hall for Cornwall in April. Giovanni will be joined by an ensemble of some of the best dancers and singers from the ballroom and theatre world.

Finally, Strictly sensation Johannes Radebe, who is partnered with comedian Ellie Taylor this year, will be performing Freedom Unleashed in May.

This dance extravaganza promises to be a party like no other featuring a diverse, world-class cast of talented dancers and singers, and South African rhythms.

Hall for Cornwall’s Marketing and Communications Director, David Dodd said tickets for all three shows were already selling well, with more expected to be snapped up in the next few weeks as dance fever grips the nation once again.

David said: “These must-see shows are guaranteed to bring plenty of glitz and glamour to The Cornwall Playhouse. We’re proud to be able to offer such a great variety of performances by some of the best in the business. These shows all feature incredible music, choreography, costumes, and, of course, plenty of sparkle.

“Strictly fans will be able to get their fix long after the credits have stopped rolling on the latest television series.”

Strictly Come Dancing hit our screens again in September and marks the 20th series of the award-winning show.

A new cast of performers, including actress Kym Marsh, and TV presenter Helen Skelton, were all ready and waiting to strut their stuff in front of the judges, much to the delight of fans.
