This week's Packet Camera Club is coming to you as the residual spookiness of Halloween wears off and we get ready for the slow meander towards Christmas.

After a spook-tacular Halloween season, we now set our sights on the horizon and towards the upcoming Christmas period, but let's not bust out the Cliff records just yet, yeah? We've still got November to get through!

Honourable mentions this week go to John Shallcroft for his spectacular shot of a waterfall in an enchanted forest, which is one of John's favourite places to be, and who can blame him?

Also getting an honourable mention this week is Steve Lampshire for fascinating (and epically titled) photograph of fungi growing on the end of a dead stick.

The title "Autumn life on the end of a dead stick" sounds like it could be my next favourite punk album.

Remember to check in next week when we'll be bringing you even more of our members' stunning photography and imagery.
