Trevornick Holiday Park has been shortlisted for the 2022 Cornwall Tourism Awards in the Camping and Caravanning Park of the year category.

Alongside more than 60 other finalists across categories for various accommodation types, hospitality businesses and attractions, the park, in Holywell Bay near Newquay, is guaranteed either the Bronze, Silver or Gold award.

Now in its 21st year, the Cornwall Tourism Awards is the Duchy’s most prestigious event for businesses serving the tourism industry.

Entrants are required to prove excellence across all areas of the business, from customer service to cleanliness, accessibility, and sustainability, as well as a continued drive for improvement and innovation.

Would-be winners have been judged over a period of several months by a panel of industry experts, with mystery shopping, site visits and interviews, as well as providing evidence of their recent achievements.

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday, November 17, taking place at Truro Cathedral, with representatives from the Trevornick Team attending the event.
