An award-winning holiday park in Cornwall has been put up for sale – but anyone wanting to take it on will need to find at least £5 million to buy it.

The Park at Mawgan Porth, near Newquay, has gone on the market with Knight Frank appointed sole selling agent.

The complex is made up of 110 bedrooms across 56 self-catering holiday units, ranging from luxury lodges, cottages, park cabins and yurts.

Set within grounds extending to 21.5 acres, the holiday park features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, steam room, restaurant and bar, gardens, and enclosed dog walking area.

The venue is also known for hosting events at the specially designed yurt village and can accommodate large family gatherings to intimate weddings.
