THIS week's Step Back in Time features a number of fascinating olf photographs of Helston in the late 1800s and early 1900s.
Included in this week's collection are images of the Helston Boy's Brigade re-enacting a mime from the South African War, circa 1900, a Great Western Railway "Bus" mounted on pavement in Meneage Street, and railway employees at Helston Station, circa 1895.
Also included are the Whitsun Tea Treat at Degibna Chapel, Helston, in 1904, the 1st Volunteer Battalion Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry, 1870s or early 1880s, and Nicholas carpenter's, builder's, undertaker's shop in Breage, circa 1910.
