CHAOS, Cornwall’s up-and-coming independent media company, is bringing the atmosphere of Eurovision to the people of Cornwall with a special event at Spaceport Cornwall’s brand-new Space Systems Integration Facility (SSOF) on Saturday, May 13, 2023.
The event is a celebration of all things Eurovision, held at one of Cornwall’s newest and most unique venues. Guests will enjoy entertainment, food and drink, and a big-screen broadcast of the Eurovision final itself.
They’ll also have the opportunity to get up close and personal with a full-scale model of the LauncherOne rocket.
Alongside the big screen broadcast of the main event and a variety of food and drink vendors, CHAOS Radio and CHAOS TV will be broadcasting live music performances from local artists, courtesy of BBC Introducing South West, and a host of special guests.
Nathan Hunkin, Director of Digital and Innovation at CHAOS, said: "We’re really excited to be hosting this event. All eyes are on the UK this year, as we step up and host Eurovision.
"It’s going to be a huge event, and we wanted to create a party that would celebrate everything that makes it so special, right here in Cornwall.
"We’ve got a great line-up of entertainment planned, and we can’t wait to see everyone there."
The event is open to everyone aged 16+, but attendees under 18 years old will need to be accompanied by a paying adult.
Tickets are on sale now and available for purchase at www.chaosgroupcornwall.co.uk.
