FALMOUTH has been named amongst some of the most luxurious places in the UK.
According to Slingo's 'experts', Falmouth ranks in third place for a UK luxury holiday, with seven per cent of hotels offering an indoor pool.
The site also found that two per cent of hotels offer massage facilities, including Merchants Manor Spa and Hotel Meudon.
Online gaming site Slingo analysed a variety of luxury vacation hotspots and gave each destination a luxury score based on five-star hotels, designer boutiques, spas and dining available in the area.
According to the analysis, Jersey beats out all other destinations on Slingo's list for 5-star hotels, with 11% of all hotels offering this luxury service. Jersey also comes in first place for fine dining, with 4% of eateries providing a fine dining experience, including Longueville Manor - a Michelin restaurant serving British cuisine.
