FOLLOWING the successful launch of the inaugural event back in July, The Meudon Feast Series returns to the beautiful grounds of Hotel Meudon.

This year, collaborations from The Aussie Smoker and Naughty Nonnas will feature at the hotel on August 18 and September 13 respectively.

Popping up for one night only, each chef will showcase their culinary expertise taking guests on a gastronomic journey under a starlit sky. Tickets are priced at £44 and are available to purchase from the hotel’s website

Transforming Bream Cove into a BBQ extravaganza on Friday, August 18, Chief Pitmaster The Aussie Smoker invites diners for a menu of mouth-watering meats and deliciously charred veggies. Renowned for his melt-in-the-mouth meaty feasts, Adam Kesacoff will be pairing classic Australian flavours with tried and tested family recipes to create a bespoke barbeque experience to remember.

Specialising in smoking low and slow using a variety of homemade rubs and marinades, this dining experience isn’t just for carnivores with The Aussie Smoker offering an irresistible veggie alternative. Guests can witness Adam cooking over open fire as they hunker down on the sand beneath the open sky illuminated by soft twinkling lanterns.

On Wednesday, September 13, Jade Berry of Naughty Nonnas will transform the Meudon gardens into a magical alfresco dining experience with a long table banquet overlooking the luscious subtropical vegetation.

Renowned for her hearty dishes and generous portions, Jade’s expertly crafted menu will take diners on a seasonal journey through wholesome, home cooked fare. Catering for just 42, the intimate feast will allow guests to share stories as they dine amongst flickering candles and exotic blooms.

As with before, each culinary journey will begin at the hotel itself where guests will enjoy a canapé starter prepared by new Head Chef David Waters before making their way down to the beach or terrace to meet the evening’s chosen guest chef and their team. After enjoying the main course, guests can linger over dessert courtesy of Hotel Meudon before making their way to Freddie’s Bar for an optional nightcap.

Drinks will be available to purchase throughout both evenings from the hotel’s beachside Bream Box or  the pop-up garden bar.
