Three men have appeared in court this morning to enter pleas over an incident in Redruth last month.
Paul Amoah, aged 38, Lee Mitchell, aged 28, and Gavin Smale, aged 43 were all before Truro Crown Court today (Friday, August 11) where they faced charges of attempted murder and aggravated burglary.
The three men, all from Redruth, were before Judge Robert Linford to enter pleas.
They each pleaded not guilty to two counts of attempted murder relating to two victims, as well as not guilty to aggravated burglary that allegedly involved items being stolen while in possession of a firearm.
A trial date was set for November 6, although the men will next be before the court for a hearing on September 6.
All three were remanded into custody, where they have been held since their arrests last month.
The charges relate to an incident in Redruth on July 6 this year.
