NHS Patient Survey Data has revealed which GP surgeries in Cornwall have the most and least helpful receptionists.

Earlier this year, NHS England released the latest results of its 2023 patient survey, with the data shining a light on what patients think of how helpful the receptionists at GP surgeries in Cornwall are.

The Packet has organised the data into an interactive infographic which you can explore the data with.

According to the data, Lostwithiel Surgery came out on top with the highest percentage of patient satisfaction when it came to how helpful the receptionists were with 98.95 per cent of patients finding them helpful.
