A new book celebrating the reign of King Charles, which launched on His Majesty's 75th birthday, is deeply rooted in Cornwall.

The book, entitled King Charles III: The Leadership and Vision of a Modern Monarch, was unveiled at Claridge's in central London.

The illustrated hardback documents King Charles' life.

It was penned in the year of his coronation by Times best-selling author, Robert Jobson.

The book also features photographs from Arthur Edwards MBE, an acclaimed royal photographer who has captured images of the Royal Family for over 45 years.

Charting from Charles's birth to his recent coronation as king, the book touches on his achievements, cultural and commercial progress, and his vision for the Royal Family's future.

To give a Cornish mention, the monarch's strong affiliation to The Duchy of Cornwall was highlighted.

A particular standout is the inclusion of Rodda’s Cornish clotted cream.

Falmouth Packet: A particular standout is the inclusion of Rodda’s Cornish clotted cream

Known for its rich and silky texture, Rodda's has a heritage over a century old and has won favour globally.

Having secured a coveted B-Corp status early 2022 for its remarkable community initiatives, Rodda's commitment to local farming is key to its operations.

This is backed by sourcing milk from Red Tractor Farm Assurance Dairy certified farms within Cornwall.

This, together with their PDO status earned in 1998 after a prolonged five-year campaign, has helped uphold a consistent quality across the Rodda’s portfolio.

As Rodda's forms a prominent part of this narrative, this book manages to conserve and highlight the beloved heritage of traditional Cornish clotted cream.
