CORNWALL Council is appealing for help to reunite five lost dogs with their owners.

The dogs were found in different areas of the county and have been taken into the council's kennels.

The council is asking anyone who has lost a dog to check their website to see if their pet is one of the ones they have found.

The dogs are:

  • A crossbreed, black colour with white on chest, found in Hayle.
