Philps Bakery in Hayle, Cornwall has applied for a Premises Licence to sell alcohol.
The notice was signed by Stephanie Barfield on behalf of Philps Bakery Ltd and submitted to Cornwall Council.
It was revealed in a public notice posted on the Public Notice Portal on December 6.

The proposal, dated November 24, includes both on-premises and online alcohol sales, as well as deliveries of alcohol to be handled via courier service.
It reads: "We, Philps Bakery Ltd, give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Philp's Bakery, 1 East Quay, Hayle, Cornwall TR27 4BJ."
Interested parties have until December 19 to submit written objections to the licensing team.
It is a crime to knowingly make false statements in connection with the application, punishable by a £5000 fine.
