Residents and staff at a Falmouth care home spread festive cheer as they celebrated Christmas Jumper Day.
Everyone at Falmouth Court Care Home donned Christmas jumpers on December 8 to support Save the Children’s annual fundraiser.
In a bright and jolly display, residents and staff purchased, borrowed or created their own Christmas jumpers for donations to the charity.
Some even showcased their creativity by decorating their festive sweaters with tinsel, stars, baubles and snowflakes.
General manager Haley Reeve-Larson said: "Today has been a whole lot of fun with some of the most outlandish Christmas jumpers I have ever seen!
"This event has really showcased the creativity and fun-loving spirit of all our residents and staff.
"We are proud to take part in Christmas Jumper Day and show our support for Save the Children."
Falmouth Court, run by Barchester Healthcare, provides residential, dementia and respite care.
It continues to maintain a varied life enrichment programme for residents, involving daily engaging physical, mental and spiritual activities, lending further support to the ethos of high-quality care from one of the UK’s leading care providers.
