Police say they have found a teenage boy who was missing in Cornwall on Monday.
There had been growing fears over the safety and welfare of the 14-year-old boy, reported missing from Illogan.
Cory Tebbs had last been seen at around 10.30am on Monday, heading in the direction of Camborne with a back pack.
On Monday evening Devon and Cornwall Police issued an appeal to members of the public to report any sightings of him to 999, saying: “Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Cory Tebbs, aged 14, who has been reported missing from Illogan.
"He was last seen at around 10.30am hours heading towards Camborne town centre.
"If you see Cory, or know of his whereabouts, please call police immediately on 999.”
However, in a statement on Tuesday morning, police gave an update to say that he had been found, and thanked members of the public for their help.
A force spokesperson said: "Missing boy Cory Tebbs, who was reported missing from Illogan in Cornwall, has now been located safe and well.
"Police would like to thank the public for their assistance."
