Search for missing woman in Cornwall Javelle Lalande

Javelle Lalande, who had been reported missing from the Camborne area, has been found safe by police.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "We would like to thank members of the public for their help."

A search is on for a missing woman in Cornwall not seen since Sunday afternoon.

Now people are being asked to call 999 if they see her, or know where she is. 

Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of 25-year-old Javelle Lalande, who has been reported missing from the Camborne area.

Javelle was last seen in the Barncoose area of Redruth at around 3pm on Sunday, February 18.

She is described by police as a white female, of slim build and is 5ft 9in tall.

She may be wearing a brown T-shirt and black trousers/leggings with green and grey socks.

She is believed to be in the Camborne or Redruth area.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "If you have seen Javelle, or know of her whereabouts, please call police immediately on 999, quoting reference number 50240040075."
