A motorcyclist has died following a crash involving a motorbike and a car this morning.
Emergency services were called to an RTA on the B3275 this morning involving a car and a motorcycle at around 11.47am this morning.
Devon and Cornwall Police say as a result of the accident a 57-year-old motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries
The B3275 was closed whilst the scene was examined by specialist forensic collision investigators.
Police are appealing for any witnesses that have not already been spoken to that may have seen the collision, or have dash camera footage, to contact police on 101, quoting the log number 332 20/05/24.
The death follows a serious accident on Bickland Water Road at practically exactly the same time this morning involving two cars. The driver of one of the vehicles was taken to hospital. Their condition is unknown.
Inrix is reported that the B3275 at Ladock was closed both ways due to an accident from The Falmouth Arms (Ladock) to Trehane turn off (Probus) with traffic coping well.

Cornwall Council announced an Emergency road closure of the B3275 between Truck and Tre-Knoll Farm, closed due to a road traffic collision.
A diversion route is in place.
Police say they were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorbike on the B3275 at Ladock at around 11.50am.
Paramedics were at the scene and one person was reported to have been seriously injured which has now been revealed as the motorcyclist. They said road closures had been put in place and were likely to remain so for some time and advised drivers to avoid the area.
A statement issued by Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Police were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorbike on the B3275, at Ladock at around 11.50am today, Monday 20 May.
“Paramedics attended the scene, and one person has been reported to have been seriously injured.
“Road closures have been put in place and are likely to remain so for some time.
“Drivers are advised to avoid the area.”
The accident happened at near enough the same time as another collision on Falmouth’s Bickland Water Road this morning involving two cars.
Paramedics are treated one person at the scene, but the extent of any injuries is not known.
