A hotel in Cornwall has announced the appointment of a new general manager and deputy manager.

Fowey Hall, part of the Luxury Family Hotels chain, has welcomed Pim Wolfs and Christian Clark respectively.

They join the hotel following a multi-million pound refurbishment and its nomination for 'Hotel of the Year – Group' at The Cateys 2024.

Mr Wolfs, formerly deputy general manager at the renowned Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort in Wiltshire, has held senior roles at many esteemed locations, including the Pale Hall and Macdonald Hotels & Resorts.

Deputy general manager Mr Clark comes from Captains Club Hotel in Christchurch where he was restaurant manager, following roles at Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa in Hampshire and The Noisy Lobster in Mudeford.

He intends to collaborate with local businesses to integrate regionally sourced produce into Fowey Hall’s menus.
