A range of residential properties in the Redruth area are set to spark interest at the 250th auction by Clive Emson Auctioneers.

Four houses are among 174 lots listed in the latest auction by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

There are two detached bungalows, a cottage and a terraced property.

Trewyn, in Carnmenellis, has a freehold guide price of £185,000 plus. The two-bedroom detached bungalow has far reaching views across the countryside towards Stithians Reservoir.

The Nook, a three-bedroom terraced house in Carn Brea, has a freehold guide of £150,000 plus.

It comes to auction with the benefit of an existing tenant with a return of £12,000 per annum.

The June auction is Clive Emson Auctioneer’s 250th since it was founded in 1989.
