The full programme for Truro Food Festival has been announced.
The five-day event, which takes place in Cornwall next week, will feature chef demonstrations, live music, and after-party events.
Those included in the line-up are Charlie Walters, Andrew Tuck, Charlotte Vincent, Paul Ainsworth, and Ben Tunnicliffe.
Jasmine Sharma and Ben Martin, from the restaurant Daaku, will be the first to make an appearance on Wednesday, September 25.
The festival will conclude on Sunday afternoon with a demonstration from Jude Kereama.
The region's 'food heroes' will showcase a range of cuisines throughout the festival, including Middle Eastern, Australian barbecue, Italian, and patisserie.
There will also be appearances from wine expert Elly Owen and mixologist Chris Jarrett, known as The Bearded Barman.
Two Skinner’s Brewery Festival Bars will be on hand to provide refreshments.
The brewery will also host evening events at The Tap Yard Bar in Newham, featuring live music, a chilli-eating competition, and a silent disco.
Organiser Stewart Girvan said: "Once you’ve danced your way through the Producer’s Village to stock up on local cooking supplies and foodie treats, head to Street Food Corner to refuel ahead of the journey home.
"We recommend travelling by train if you can, and we’re proud to be partnering with Great Western Railway for this event."
Ruth Powell, regional marketing manager at Great Western Railway, said: "We are delighted to be the official travel partner of the Truro Food Festival this year helping to get customers to and from this fantastic event, including the evening after parties, by train.
"Truro is a key hub on our network, providing interchange between London Paddington-Cornwall services, and the branch line to Falmouth."
The festival will be held on Lemon Quay from September 25-29 and is set to draw thousands of visitors into the city with the promise of 'a great day out, fuelled by famously good Cornish food and drink'.
The festival is said to include plenty for families to enjoy with laid-back live music, ranging from folk to indie and jazz to soul.
