A Truro home at the centre of months of disruption has been hit with a fresh closure order, locking the doors for another three months and keeping trouble firmly at bay.
The property, located on St Thomas Close [Truro], was issued with an initial three-month full closure order earlier in January this year.
A further order was granted on March 31, 2026 again banning the tenant and any visitors from entering the address for an additional three months to deter incidents from taking place.
Officers secured this new measure after police and residents noted a significant reduction in antisocial behaviour whilst the initial closure order was in place.
PC Wilson said: “The property had been the cause of a number of issues for local residents in the area.
“It’s important that people feel safe and secure where they live, and the first order was really effective in helping to stop ASB and provide relief to local people.
“When there is a disruption to safety in an area, it’s important for us to take action to protect and safeguard the community from any harm or concern they experience.

The closure order was granted as a result of an investigation carried out by the Truro Neighbourhood Police team and Cornwall Council’s ASB Caseworker.
