Seasalt Cornwall is opening applications for its 2026 cohort of apprentices.
The programme offers structured, hands-on experience in a variety of head office roles, including finance, cyber security, IT support, marketing, and business analytics.
Applications will be accepted through Seasalt’s new careers site from June 22 to July 6, followed by a shortlisting process, with successful candidates invited to an assessment centre starting the week of July 20. Placements will begin on September 7.
Seasalt’s two-year apprentice programme offers hands-on experience in core business areas while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Apprentices develop technical expertise and essential professional skills in a real working environment.
The Falmouth-based company has run its official apprentice programme since 2022.
So far 24 new apprentices have joined the business to take part in the programme between 2022 and 2026, with 84 per cent of apprentices recruited into permanent positions following their studies.
In addition, 36 existing team members have completed apprenticeships to further their careers, with nine more currently enrolled.
