A road in Mawnan Smith will be closed for one day this month.

Cornwall Council will shut Grove Hill for cabling works on Wednesday, July 29.

The closure will be in place between Budock Vean Lane and Trebah Lodge.

The work is expected to last for one day, and the road will be closed between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

An alternative route will be signposted on site.

Pedestrian and vehicular access will be maintained to properties.

The council has announced the temporary closure under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The work is being carried out by Sunbelt Rentals Ltd.

The council apologises for any inconvenience caused and appreciates the public’s patience and understanding during these essential works.
