Cornwall Council has announced the closure, which will affect the entire length of the road, from August 24 to September 4.
The closure will be in place from 7.30am to 5pm on weekdays.
Residents will still have pedestrian access to their properties.
An alternative route will be signposted on site for drivers.

The council issued the order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
