A rubbish fire in a Redruth car park last night is believed to have been started deliberately.
The pile of litter blaze in the car park in Basset Street was out when firefighters arrived at the scene at midnight but they ensured that the area was safe.
The crew then passed the details of the fire to police who are investigating arson.
