The 63 lots offered for sale generated considerable interest with resultant sales being in excess of £6 million..
Graham Barton, senior auctioneer at Westcountry Property Auctions, said that he was delighted with the result from the auction - which was one of their best ever and that it continued to prove what a popular and successful way auctions were to buy and sell property.
One particular lot that created great interest was 20a Church Street, Helston, currently a single storey commercial premises with the benefit of planning consent for a one bedroom studio apartment above, being set in a location convenient for the town centre which sold for £58,000 off a guide price of £44,000.
